These 30 minute parmesan crusted chicken tenders are our go-to chicken recipe for almost every meal. In the words of my husband, “They taste just as good as fried chicken.” If that’s not a compliment, I don’t know what is.
As a wife & momma, I need all the 30 minute dinner ideas I can get! I like to pair these with a Caesar salad kit , roasted or baked sweet potatoes, and Sister Shubert Rolls. They would also be good with mac & cheese, or on top of a salad. Hope you enjoy!

- Chicken Tenders

- Panko Breadcrumbs

Step-by-step instructions
- Start by preheating your oven to 425 F.
- Then, mix all of your ingredients (minus the chicken) together in a large bowl.
- Once your ingredients are mixed, coat all of the chicken tenders well in the bowl.
- Place coated chicken on a sheet pan & put in the oven for 30 minutes, or until chicken is baked through.
- Serve with baked or roasted sweet potatoes, salad, and rolls. Voila! Dinner is served in under 30 minutes!

Our Favorite 30 Minute Parmesan Crusted Chicken Tenders
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb chicken tenders
- 2 TBS olive oil
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan
- 1/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425F.
- Mix all of your ingredients (minus the chicken) together in a large bowl.
- Then, coat all the chicken tenders well in the bowl.
- Place coated chicken on a sheet pan & put in the oven for 30 minutes, or until chicken is baked through.
Notes
- My favorite way to serve this is with roasted sweet potatoes, a Caesar Salad Kit, and rolls! Also delicious over a salad.
