Made in under an hour, these chicken crescent bundles are a family favorite around our house. Who doesn’t love chicken, cheese, and bread? They are perfect to serve for family or guests. They pair well with any salad or vegetable side.
I grew up on these chicken crescent bundles. They were a staple at our house growing up, and as a new momma and wife myself, I now know why! They can come together in under an hour, and are always scarfed up quickly. The chicken crescent bundle dinner tradition will live on in our house!
These are also my go-to recipe when I need to take dinner to someone, and often what I serve when we have company for dinner. Because, who doesn’t love chicken, cheese, and bread? People almost always ask for the recipe, and then it’s embarrassing when you show them how easy it was to throw together!
They are so versatile and pair perfectly with almost any side you want to serve.
This recipe is just as popular in our home as these 30 minute parmesan crusted chicken tenders.
What You Will Need
- In order to cut the chicken and cream cheese together, I highly recommend getting this handheld chopper! It is one of my favorite kitchen gadgets, and makes this recipe so much easier to throw together.
- I use chicken breasts, but I will often use a rotisserie chicken if I’m in a pinch for time.
- One package of cream cheese.
- Two 8 count packages of crescent rolls. I use Pillsbury.
- One third cup of panko bread crumbs. These are not necessary. I just like the texture it adds.
How to Make This Recipe
- Cut up the baked chicken breasts with the entire package of cream cheese in a bowl.
- Scoop the chicken and cheese mixture into the crescent rolls using an ice cream scoop & fold the top over.
- Sprinkle panko breadcrumbs on top of the rolls, and slightly press into the rolls.
- Bake for 9-12 minutes at 350F.
- Serve warm & enjoy!

Notes
- This handheld chopper makes this recipe so much easier!
- You can season your chicken breasts however you’d like. You can simply sprinkle with salt and pepper, or use one of your favorite seasoning blends. I prefer a seasoning blend for more flavor. I’ve included my favorite seasoning blend to use on my chicken below. I bake my chicken breast at 375 for 30 minutes.
- Seasoning Recipe (makes more than needed for this recipe): 2 tsp sea salt, 2 tsp dried basil, 2 tsp onion powder, 2 tsp roasted garlic powder, 1 tsp dried thyme, 1 tsp dried rosemary, 1 tsp sage, 1 tsp Hungarian paprika, and 1/4 tsp curry powder.
