Cheap Pillow Hack + The Cutest Spring Patterned Pillow Covers

It’s time to let you in on my favorite source for pillow covers. The best part, almost all of their pillow covers are under $13. The majority of the ones in this post are $4-$6. Yep, you heard me right! But hurry & purchase the ones you have your eye on because they sell quick! I’m speaking from experience…ha!

The secret source is H&M Home online! Almost all of my pillow covers have come from them. I first fell in love with their hydrangea pillow cover (pictured below). I use them on my front porch rocking chairs throughout summer & fall. (Sadly it has sold out, or I would’ve linked it for you!)

For the Christmas months, I switch them out with the red & white striped pillow covers I also got from H&M. (Pictured below.) I think the covers were about $5 each.

Cheap Pillow Hack

This is what I have done with all of my pillows!

First, go to Home Goods or TJ Maxx and look for their clearance pillows! Karate chop them to see which ones are down-filled. Remove the ugly cover after purchase, and voila, you have a cheap, high-quality down-filled pillow insert! If you aren’t familiar with why “down-filled” pillows are preferred, they are the type of pillows that you can karate chop the top to get a higher end look. Believe me, the inserts make all the difference!

Or better yet, if you are wanting to upgrade your pillows, go through your house and test your pillows to see which ones are down filled. Remove their covers & save the inserts for new covers!

Lastly, visit H&M Home online & order your cheap covers! I’ve linked more of the ones in our house below. I have been so pleased with the quality of mine.
