The homemade dressing and abundant toppings makes this Strawberry Pecan Feta Salad the yummiest addition to any meal! Easily tossed together in about 15 minutes. Candied pecans, fresh strawberries, feta cheese, & a homemade poppyseed dressing will make this your new favorite salad!
This strawberry pecan feta salad is my go-to salad. Ask any of my friends, and almost all of them have had it at some point. I bring it everywhere, and I often serve it when people come over. It goes with almost every meal and it’s never failed to be a crowd pleaser! People always ask for the recipe, which I always consider a win! The key is the homemade dressing and lots of toppings. It is too good!
At our house growing up, my sisters and I called it the “soccer salad,” since my mom made it weekly & served it in the car before soccer practice. We would literally lick the dressing from the bowl when we were done. She always served it with chicken. (These chicken tenders would be so yummy to serve on top of it.)
WHY YOU WILL LOVE THIS SALAD:
- It takes about 15 minutes to prepare.
- It’s loaded with delicious toppings.

Notes
- For best results, wait to add dressing until just before serving. If you prepare this salad in advance, don’t toss in the dressing until about 15-20 minutes before serving. You can serve the dressing on the side and allow everyone to dress their salad as desired.
- I use these store bought praline pecans, but you can make your own if desired!
